Our Mission
The Student Advocacy Program (SAP) was established to safeguard student rights, create equitable school policies, and cultivate a culture of dignity, accountability, and fairness in education. Born out of a critical need for representation and protection, SAP stands with all students. We work with schools, colleges, and lawmakers to ensure that every student receives the education they deserve. Regardless of your background, identity, or circumstance, SAP is here to help you!
Through peer advocacy, collaboration, and direct casework, we address the discriminatory practices and systemic failures that our schools all too often perpetuate. Everyone deserves a fair, equal, and just education, and we're here to make that a reality.
We deeply care about our community and understand the unique and complex struggles that residents face, so we provide all our services for free.
